Nidhi is committed to addressing the gender gap in engineering and is currently the CEO & Founder of divhersity, an organization that focuses on mentoring and growing future female and non-binary CTOs. Prior to founding divhersity, Nidhi was the Chief Product Officer at Hired, Upwork and Ning.
