Most recently, she founded Upward Recruiting to help companies hire diverse tech talent, leading to more than 25 successful placements at startups in the previous year. Before this, she was a Director of Engineering at Mindbody, where she expanded the engineering team from 7 to over 50 engineers while maintaining a 50% ratio of women engineers.
