Leading Through Organizational Changes
Summary
Organization changes are common and on-going due to acquisitions, attrition, product changes and business imperatives. Architecture is sometimes a reflection of Org structures and attrition can often be tied to org changes. Meet with your peers as we share insights, experiences and lessons learned. Adrian has used his "Three Identities" framework to help manage through org changes. He will share this to kick-off what should be a very lively session.

Adrian Lee-Kwen is currently a Senior Vice-President of Engineering at Genesys responsible for a global development team that is responsible for the Workforce Engagement products that are part of Genesys Cloud.
Previously, Adrian has worked at ATI/AMD, Alcatel-Lucent, Broadcom and numerous other start-ups. Adrian is also an active software inventor having previously developed apps for smartwatches. More recently, Adrian has focussed on IoT programming, focusing on a concept known as Augmented Presence.
