Jan Chong is Vice President of Engineering at Tilt, a financial technology startup that seeks to expand access to fair credit to give anyone the opportunity to improve their financial security and mobility. Prior to Tilt, Jan ran engineering at Tally. Jan spent seven years at Twitter, leading teams in the Consumer Engineering organization. She holds a BS, MS in Computer Science, and a Ph.D. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
Maryann is the VP of Engineering at Ontra, leading the Product Engineering teams. Maryann brings extensive product engineering leadership experience, with a strong background in organizational design and team development at companies such as Twitter and Microsoft. Prior to Ontra, she served as Head of Product Engineering at Noom, where she scaled the engineering team and led expansion into new business verticals. She is based in the SF Bay Area and holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard University.
Bhupesh Bansal is the Head of Engineering for Square Banking, with nearly two decades of experience scaling teams and products at some interesting companies at Handshake, Robinhood, LinkedIn. Bhupesh specializes in building systems and products at scale reaching over 100 million users and is passionate about leadership grounded in empathy, agility, and mentorship.
