Isaac Turner is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of Curative. Curative launched and is scaling no-copay, no-deductible health plans for employers. In Curative’s early years they scaled COVID response, operating COVID testing labs and sites, as well as mass vaccination sites. Isaac has a PhD in bioinformatics for analyzing large genomic datasets.

Frank is Head of Applied AI at Databook. Formerly CEO and co-founder of VM-X (ai infrastructure), CTO of Thru.ai (an agentic platform for Healthcare). Before that he was VP of Innovation & Strategy at Western Digital, where he led diverse teams of PMs and engineers. At Uplift (a Fintech company), as Chief Data Officer, he helped scale the company from 20 to ~200 people across multiple domains. At McKinsey & Company, he was an Engagement Manager in the Silicon Valley Tech practice. He has a master's in Physics, and an MBA from Kellogg.

Michael Barrett is VP of Engineering at Chime, where he leads the Spending organization, driving strategy and execution across core banking products and financial platforms. With over 15 years of experience in engineering leadership, he has scaled high-performing teams through hypergrowth, guided organizations through complex technical migrations, and built strong cross-functional partnerships. Michael is passionate about people-first leadership, developing engineering cultures that prioritize learning, resilience, and impact. He believes the future of engineering leadership lies at the intersection of talent, technology, and AI—empowering teams to deliver transformative products while navigating an evolving landscape with confidence and clarity.

Lucas Mendes is the CEO and co-founder of Revelo, the leader in helping U.S. companies find, hire & pay senior software developers based in Latin America for full time work, software development, or proprietary human data for LLM post-training.

He earned his MBA from Stanford GSB where he was a Fundação Estudar Scholar. Prior to that, he completed a Master’s in Computer Engineering at École Polytechnique (2003-2006), one of France’s most prestigious engineering institutions.
