Amanda Reilly is Senior Director of Platform Engineering at Art of Problem Solving, building the infrastructure and shared services that empower teams throughout the company to discover, inspire, and train the next generation of problem solvers. Over the last five years she has led the growth of the engineering function at AoPS from a small generalist team to a mature, multi-disciplinary engineering organization. She is as comfortable developing people, roles, and processes as she is developing software, systems, and architecture.
