Summary
Platform work is easy to deprioritize when product teams are pushing for features - until the foundation starts showing cracks. But not every platform investment pays off, and not every product request can wait. In this session, we'll share how leaders evaluate these tradeoffs, make the case for foundational work without losing credibility, and build investment frameworks that hold up under pressure.
Leave with strategies for having more productive conversations with product and business partners - and for earning the trust that makes platform investment possible.
