AI now became part of the everyday engineering workflow, and it’s not just about writing code anymore. Teams are now use AI for planning, implementation, testing, code reviews, debugging, and everything in between.
In this roundtable, we’ll talk about what changes when AI becomes part of the full software development lifecycle. Where does it really help? Where does it create new problems? What happens to quality, ownership, and the way teams work together?
I also want this to be a chance to compare our experiences on what different teams are doing today, what is working, and what is not.
The goal is to have a practical discussion and leave with a few ideas you can take back to your own teams.
