Summary

AI is becoming the operating layer of modern organization and not a side initiative. The shift is not in pilots, but in how teams are structured, how decisions are made, and how work gets done.

In this session, we’ll focus on what it takes to operationalize AI at scale by rethinking org design, talent, and workflows to move from experimentation to execution. From an engineering lens, this means responsible AI development: building with the right guardrails for quality, security, reliability, and compliance from day one. We’ll also address the harder tradeoffs by balancing speed with governance, avoiding fragmented AI investments, and ensuring alignment to real business outcomes.

The goal is simple: move from AI activity to AI impact - what’s working, what’s not, and what it takes to build AI-native organizations responsibly.
