Tom is the Chief Technology Officer of Adyen. Prior to joining Adyen, he led the global engineering organization at Cash App (Block, Inc.). Tom has held senior leadership positions in various financial services and technology companies in the United States and Australia. With over 25 years of experience in technical and leadership roles, he brings significant leadership experience in high-growth technology companies. Tom holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Mathematics from Griffith University.
