Summary

Every AI trend shows up with the same question: should we actually be doing this? This talk gives you a repeatable way to answer it.

A Translation Test: four questions that separate real AI opportunities from hype, helping to decide what earns a place on your roadmap.

Each question is backed by a real project: where AI paid off, and where it didn't.

You'll get two lenses on every decision: the strategy-and-P&L view from a CEO, and the build-and-operate view from an AI CTO.

By the end of the talk, you'll be able to size up any AI trend in about 90 seconds, without burning a sprint to find out.
