[Working session] Shaping Your Team for the Chapter Ahead

For attendees of Jill’s keynote session with the same title, this working session picks up where the keynote leaves off – this time, with your real challenges. We'll start with a live coaching demo: one brave volunteer, one actual culture challenge, worked through in real time. Then you'll break into small groups to apply it yourselves, using a structured worksheet to identify the gap between the culture you have and the one you want. Through discussions with your fellow attendees, you'll leave with a specific behavior you're committed to introducing, changing, or emphasizing — and a plan for how to make it stick.
