Does Your Developer Productivity Metrics Match Developer Sentiment?
Summary
Many technology companies are familiar with DORA metrics and use that to quantitatively measure developer productivity within their organization. To capture the developer sentiment (which is different from productivity), we have the SPACE developer productivity framework to evaluate qualitative feedback. Join us in a discussion on holistically understanding the health of your tooling and whether your tooling is creating delightful experiences for your developers.
