She started her career in India as a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization before moving to the US to work on software products. At every role in these organizations, she built a reputation as a bold, effective transformational leader, enabling change, across Engineering functions, to scale and elevate the outcome, productivity, and effectiveness of the organization. She is passionate about growing others and helping them to meet their true potential. She has won several awards across each of these companies for leadership effecting cultural, behavioral, and systemic changes.
