She now serves as a knowledgeable thought partner to help ambitious, curious, and growth-oriented leaders increase their effectiveness and fulfillment by leveraging three decades of professional experience in the technology industry and proven coaching methodologies. Hale has a B.S. in Computer Science, an Executive Coaching Certificate from UC Berkeley, an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, and is an Impostor Syndrome-Informed Coach and Licensed Associate of the Impostor Syndrome Institute. She lives in the SF Bay Area.
