Workshop: Navigating the Unspoken Challenges of Feedback
Summary
Feedback is one of the most important responsibilities of a manager. It can also be one of the most intimidating parts of the job, because tough performance conversations don’t always go as planned. In this workshop we'll talk about how to structure your feedback so it will land, and how to navigate the pitfalls that often lead to unproductive conversations.
This is a 2-hour interactive session where you'll get the chance to discuss your feedback challenges and practice a tough conversation with other attendees. Come prepared to participate in some real conversations and roleplay some feedback you've been meaning to give! There will be a short break about halfway through the workshop.

Jill Wetzler is a leadership coach, consultant, and former VP of Engineering with more than 15 years of experience leading engineering teams at some of Silicon Valley's fastest growing companies.
