Jim Palmer is the Chief AI Officer at Dialpad. Previously he was CTO and Co-Founder of TalkIQ, a conversational intelligence start-up acquired by Dialpad in May 2018. Earlier, he served as the founding engineer on the eBay Now local delivery service.
