WhO ARE PEER GROUPS FOR?

The peer group program is for all engineering leaders, regardless of role or tenure.
It’s an ongoing way to gain outside perspectives and discuss real challenges with trusted peers.
It’s a place where you can get support and support others.

But don’t just take it from us... Hear from participants how ELC Peer Groups have helped them navigate common challenges.

How it works

5-6 Peer Leaders | Self-Moderated | 90 Minutes Each Month | 1 Year Commitment
Getting You Placed
Curated group relevant to your needs
To find the best group for you, our team will:
1
Receive and review your application
2
Conduct an interview to learn your needs and preferences
3
Pay a $50 curation fee to confirm your spot in the next session
4
Match you to a group based on your inputs
5
Give you an opportunity to review and weigh-in on the group
6
Confirm the group, ask you to pay the remaining $900 program fee and schedule a kickoff meeting
Meeting Each Month
Each meeting designed to give you real answers
The meeting agenda is set up for each participant to get value.
1
Before the meeting, the group will establish a shared topic to discuss that month.
2
Start with a warm-up activity or prompt
3
Share your pressing challenge related to the topic
4
Others will ask questions to better understand
5
Each person offers insights based on their experiences
6
Summarize ideas presented and think about your next steps

HOW WE MATCH YOU

Each peer group is curated to fit the needs and goals of its participants. We start with your application but also conduct an individual interview to understand your goals for the program. We will place you with others who have complimentary backgrounds and priorities to maximize the impact of the program.

We prioritize shared management level and experience, then comparable company sizes and growth, and finally complimentary goals.

Grow faster, together

Reduce the risk of the unknown
Reduce the risk of the unknown
When you're faced with a new challenge, making the wrong choice can be catastrophic. Your peer group is your personal board of advisors, helping you navigate hard problems and identify blind spots.
Accelerate your learning
Accelerate your learning
The math is simple… Rather than rely on just your own experiences, get 6x the amount of exposure to learn from. Leverage the experience of your peers to amplify your growth and learning.
Real solutions to real problems
Real solutions to real problems
This is not hypothetical problem solving. Peer groups provide REAL solutions to your REAL challenges. Leverage the group to collectively solve your burning challenges.

“Peer groups have helped to connect me with other engineering managers to talk about similar problems we are facing in the work place. Most of all, they’ve helped me to feel supported in a different and unbiased kind of way I would never be able to get at work

$50 one time, $900/year
Each peer group is priced at $950 for a 1-year commitment.
