Matt Greenberg is CTO at Handshake, leading ~200 engineers across the largest professional network for Gen Z, a recruiting product, and Handshake AI, a human data business supplying frontier labs with expert-labeled training data. That puts Handshake on both sides of the AI economy — building for the labs while running agents hard inside its own stack. Matt previously served as CTO at Reforge and VP of Engineering at both Credit Karma and CoSo Cloud.
