I'm currently working on a newco to build high performing software teams! It'll make performance reviews a breeze ;-) Prior to that I was at Snap from 2014-2020 where I was lucky enough to work on most parts of the business and a few acquisitions. Before that I was at Amazon where I worked on Instant Video (now Prime Video) from the time they just finished mailing out DVD's (remember those?!) to when they were in 5 countries and a top 3 streaming service. I'm originally from Canada, currently in California, and soon to be in Colorado.
