About this Event

As engineering leaders, we obsess over process, tools, and efficiency. But what if the real challenge isn’t how we work, but what we’re working on? Join us for an intimate conversation with John Cutler, one of the most insightful voices at the intersection of product and engineering.

Known for his expertise in bridging the gap between teams and driving outcome-focused strategies, John will share actionable insights to help you and your team focus on solving the right problems.

This event is designed for CTOs, VPs, Directors, and engineering managers who want to elevate their leadership. You’ll learn how to balance the tensions between engineering, product, and design while creating empowered, high-performing teams. This is a rare opportunity to connect directly with John and engage in a thought-provoking dialogue tailored to the challenges of modern software leadership.

As usual, we'll have food and drinks. We're excited to return to GoodRx's office where they have a hidden Scottish speakesy. You will need to sign an NDA upon arrival at GoodRx's facility. Please email us if you want a copy of the agreement to review in advance. You can park in GoodRx's guest lot. Their security officer will give you a validation slip as you leave the event.

This event will be an intimate gathering for local engineering leaders to get together, share challenges, gain outside perspectives, and become better leaders. We're limiting attendance to 40 people, so make sure to RSVP. You won't want to miss it!
