About this Event

Engineering leadership can feel like a lonely journey filled with painful challenges. But the truth is you’re not alone! We’re creating a place for local engineering leaders to come together, share challenges, gain outside perspectives, and become better leaders.

This is a special opportunity to network with engineering leaders in South Bay, exchange invaluable insights, and discover solutions to the challenges you are facing in a roundtable format. Possible topics will include:

  1. Communicating engineering to the business
  2. Scaling engineering teams for productivity
  3. Adopting/Resisting Generative AI
