Engineering leaders everywhere are experimenting with AI tools, but what’s actually happening on the ground? Has lead time decreased? Are teams embracing the new tooling? Has code quality changed? In this session, engineering leaders will share lessons learned and results from their teams' experience working with AI tooling.
This isn’t about high-level speculation; it's about sharing accounts and experiences from the trenches. Whether you’re in the early stages of exploration, rolling out new tooling, navigating adoption challenges, or fully integrated into AI-driven workflows, this session will provide you with valuable perspective and actionable ideas. Expect an engaging, no-fluff exchange of ideas, including lessons learned and practical takeaways you can bring back to your teams.
In small breakout groups, you’ll share your stories of how you’ve approached AI adoption: what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how your teams have reacted. Together, we’ll create a collage of experiences that charts decisions, team experiences, challenges, and actionable insights at each stage of the AI adoption journey.
The insights and ideas exchanged in this session are meant to benefit everyone. While attendees are encouraged to share what they’ve learned with their teams, attributing ideas to specific individuals or organizations is not permitted. This ensures we maintain confidentiality and foster an open, collaborative environment.
As usual, we'll have food and drinks. We're excited to return to GoodRx's office where they have a hidden Scottish speakesy. You will need to sign an NDA upon arrival at GoodRx's facility. Please email us if you want a copy of the agreement to review in advance. You can park in GoodRx's guest lot. Their security officer will give you a validation slip as you leave the event.
This event will be an intimate gathering for local engineering leaders to get together, share challenges, gain outside perspectives, and become better leaders. We're limiting attendance to 40 people, so make sure to RSVP. You won't want to miss it!
