How to influence others

About this Event

Are you wondering how you can expand your influence and impact at your company? Are you running into roadblocks with different decision makers and teams preventing action and progress in your teams?

We’re gathering a small group of leaders over dinner, looking to better understand how to increase our impact through the art of influencing beyond formal authority.

Our conversation will focus on the key elements to influence effectively, how you influence without formal executive authority, how to get your product team to focus on different priorities like technical debt, coaching others on how to influence, and how to scale your influence beyond the people you directly interact with.
