Anthony Kline is a Partner and member of the founding team at Sweat Equity Ventures, a new model of venture-capital firm backed by Reid Hoffman. He previously started and led the executive recruiting function at Stripe and was the first recruiter and global head of talent at AppDirect. Anthony has over a decade of experience recruiting the core engineering and leadership teams of many successful early to mid-stage, venture-backed startups.
