Charlie Cao

Charlie is the Co-Founder and CEO of Crafting, a startup working to build the next generation of cloud-based developer environments. Charlie worked as an early Engineer / Engineering Manager at Facebook and Square, seeing the tremendous growth in the engineering team from pre-IPO to post-IPO. Then, Charlie co-founded Lime, where as a CTO, he experienced the challenges that every startup faces from ground zero.
