Chris Downard

Chris Downard is the VP of Engineering at GigSmart. That's his official title but if you ask Chris what he does he'll say "Build better, more engaged engineering teams… That’s probably what my actual job description is." He took a circuitous route into software development – only falling in love with coding after getting a poli-sci degree and having a close call with law school. Chris, known to many of his friends and co-workers as Panda, lives in Denver, CO with his wife and two boys.
