Fikret Ergüder

Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineer and received Master of Science degree on Telecommunications in 1985. Research assistant at the same university between 1982 and 1985 and honored with PhD and Master scholarship for universities in U.K and U.S.A. from Ministry of Education.
