Xiao Chen has worked in the tech industry for nearly 10 years. He is currently an engineering manager at Airbnb with a focus on databases and the ecosystem around it. He is also a startup advisor providing insights and guidance on engineering management and cross functional collaboration.

Prior to Airbnb Xiao was working as an engineer at Twitter after he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University.
