Michael is the CTO and co-founder of Flow Commerce, an enterprise SAAS platform that is the world’s most advanced solution for global ecommerce. Prior, he was the cofounder and CTO of Gilt Group, an innovative online shopping destination offering. Gilt was an early adopter of microservice architectures at scale and the lessons learned have informed directly the micro services architecture behind Flow. Blaga is VP of Engineering for Kustomer, a first-of-its-kind CRM platform for customer service built to manage high support volume. She leads Kustomer's Engineering Development Department, partnering closely with the Founders to build and scale the product. Blaga brings a background in building and managing high growth teams and products. As well as an extensive history in developing scalable solutions for Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about mentoring, building inclusive and diverse culture, and helping technology teams accelerate delivery. In her free time, Blaga enjoys spending time with her husband and son, and getting outdoors as much as possible.
