VP of Engineering @ Convoy

Tim leads the engineering organization at Convoy. Prior to coming to Convoy, he founded and rapidly grew Uber's Seattle Engineering office. Before that, he was at Isilon Systems holding a variety of engineering leadership roles from individual contributor to Director of Engineering. Tim earned his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington.

VP Technology, Commerce @ Nordstrom

Combining her love of fashion and technology, Cynthia is VP of Technology at Nordstrom where she is responsible for commerce services that power checkout, payments, and order management. With a passion for building inclusion and belonging in our tech industry, she is also a facilitator for the Ally Skills Workshop which she conducts throughout Seattle through Diverse City, LLC. Cynthia also serves as advisor to the Women in Tech Regatta.

Through the years, Cynthia has been a software developer, partner group program manager, and VP of product across many domains: operating systems, marketplaces, consumer apps, services, and platforms. In 2015, she became the Executive Director of Ada Developers Academy, a tuition-free, nonprofit software development training program for women, trans and non-binary people that partners with companies to increase their pipeline for diversity.

Cynthia has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Outside of her technology, diversity and shopping pursuits, she is also a mother of 2 and an aerial acrobat on aerial hoop, silks, and pole. You can find Cynthia on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

CTO & Head of Product @ iSpot.TV

Anthony Skinner is a veteran executive and thought leader in the software and technology space. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product of iSpot.tv, which provides Attention and Conversion Analytics for TV ads. Throughout his career Anthony has served as a key executive at large, publicly-traded companies such as General Electric and B. F. Goodrich, as well as venture-backed companies like MediaNet Digital, Moz, and iSpot.tv. He received his degree in Economics and Computer Science from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. He enjoys spending time driving his kids to soccer, flag football, and cycling in a peloton with his friends and family.

Engineering Leader @ Airbnb

Prajakta is an Engineering Leader at Airbnb. Previously she was an engineering manager at Google supporting teams on Google Cloud. Before that, she led engineering teams at Microsoft to democratize machine learning for Azure cloud, and bootstrapped a team of 15 engineers in their Search Technology Center in India powering local search in 20+ global markets.

Director of Engineering @ Convoy

Madhu is Director of Engineering at Convoy. Previously she was the Director of Engineering at Capital One leading the engineering organization responsible for their brand new digital investing product. She’s also held roles at Amazon, Microsoft, and IBM. Locally, she’s also involved as an engineering leadership mentor with Plato as well as with Women in Tech Seattle.
