Pooja Brown has been working as a software engineering and an engineering manager for over a decade. For the last seven years, she has been leading DocuSign’s product engineering teams in building web, mobile and API capabilities across all of DocuSign’s products. Aside from drinking way too much coffee and spending too much time on twitter, in her spare time Pooja can be found watching reruns of Gilmore Girls with her husband, and playing with her two daughters.

Edward Kim is the co-founder and the CTO of Gusto. He currently oversees all engineering and software development at Gusto. Prior to co-founding Gusto, Edward was the CEO and co-founder of Picwing, a Y Combinator startup and photo-printing platform. Before founding Picwing, Edward worked as a senior project engineer at Volkswagen Group of America Electronics Research Lab, where he led research and development for cloud-based navigation and speech recognition systems for Volkswagen and Audi. Edward is also the developer of several award-winning Android apps that have generated more than $1 million in revenue. Edward holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Ritu Bhargava is SVP of Engineering for Sales Cloud, the world’s #1 sales platform. Since joining Salesforce in 2011, she has held technical leadership roles delivering innovations like Lightning Experience, the next-generation Salesforce user experience, and High Velocity Sales, the first product completely built on Lightning. She is responsible for Sales Force Automation (the flagship product suite in the Sales Cloud portfolio), Salesforce Inbox, and integrations with Microsoft and Gmail. She has also successfully led the integration of an acquisition, SalesforceIQ, formerly known as RelateIQ. She came with 10+ years of industry experience to Salesforce, holding software engineering leadership roles building, scaling and integrating enterprise SaaS and on-premise applications and organizations at Oracle and Samsung. Ritu holds a B.A in Economics from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University and an M.B.A. in Finance and IT from University of Lincolnshire, U.K. She likes playing and giving back to cricket, having played on the US Women’s Cricket team. She also enjoys trying out new restaurants in San Francisco neighborhoods.

Claire’s mission in life is to help people become happier at work. She speaks internationally on how to avoid becoming a bad boss, and has been published in Harvard Business Review, CNBC, Inc, Fortune, among others. Claire is also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at her alma mater, Northwestern University.

Prior to Brex, he was at Stripe, leading financial infrastructure teams, building Stripe Terminal, and establishing engineering teams globally. His career started at Microsoft, launching Azure and Office365.
Head of Production Platform @ Airbnb
Rahul Iyer is the head of the Production Platform organization at Airbnb which is responsible for all of Airbnb's production and development infrastructure. In the past, he was part of the initial team that built and scaled Facebook Messenger. While he ""fell into"" management during his time at Facebook, he has since fallen in love with it and considers himself a student of the craft. Over his management career, Rahul has gone from managing a small team of engineers to managing managers and managers of managers and currently manages an org of over 100. Outside of work, he spends most of his time chasing after his 9 month old son and is exploring the applicability of management techniques to parenting.

Preeti is the VP of Software Engineering at Carta in San Francisco, leading multiple teams based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Rio De Janeiro. Her teams build products focused on small to mid-market company experiences and on-boarding, Law firms and Valuations, using leading edge technology.Throughout her career as a technology leader, Preeti has believed in the motto "If you don't have a passion for people, you have no business leading them!". Following this motto for many years, she has led some very productive engineering teams, mentoring and grooming other managers along the way.She also organizes and speaks at various events that support the career growth of women in technology and leadership, trying to break stereotypes in tech. Leading by example in every aspect of the job be it iterative approach to development, always striving for better quality, or demonstrating agility towards new ideas and pivots, Preeti has been able to innovate and build world-class technology platforms while recruiting and growing top talent engineers and leaders, all while juggling drop off and pick up of a rambunctious 5 year old.
Sr. Director of Partner Engineering @ Affirm
Geddes Munson is the Senior Director of Partner Engineer at Affirm, where he is responsible for Sales Engineering, Integrations, Technical Account Management, Merchant Support, and Channel Development. Prior to Affirm Geddes managed the customer facing technical teams at Mixpanel, MemSQL and EasyPost. When he’s not worrying about NPS scores, keeping client integrations on schedule or the latest top customer’s feature request, you will probably find him with his family in one of the many playgrounds and parks in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset.
