Adrian McDermott - President of Products, Zendesk

Adrian McDermott has been leading the Product Management and Engineering teams for Zendesk since 2010. Zendesk is a publicly traded, web-based customer service software company founded in Denmark and now headquartered in San Francisco, California. Previously, he was Chief Technical Officer at Attributor, where he managed web crawling and content identification systems for text, video, and images. Adrian was the first engineer hired by Plumtree Software and remained with the company through the IPO and subsequent acquisition by BEA. Adrian is a Yorkshireman living in San Francisco

Soren Abildgaard - Senior VP of Engineering, Zendesk

Soren Abildgaard is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk. Zendesk is a publicly traded, web-based customer service software company founded in Denmark and now headquartered in San Francisco, California. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering for TubeMogul, where he managed the Advertising Cloud platform. TubeMogul was acquired by Adobe. Prior to that, he held senior engineering positions at Microsoft and Autodesk.
