ELC Summit’s Mentoring consists of 1:1 sessions connecting you with engineering leaders who’ve walked the path and who want — and know how — to be great mentors to other engineers. These sessions are intended to help you form the foundation of an ongoing relationship that extends beyond the Summit, and is based on personal and professional trust and respect.
